MrBeast finally breaks silence on accusations and makes massive corporate changes

MrBeast has hired an outside firm to conduct an internal investigation into his company following allegations against the YouTuber, and the results of that investigation have sparked some massive changes at his company.

The the investigation started on July 31, 2024 when employee Ava Kris Tyson was accused of having inappropriate conversations with underage fans. The investigation wasn’t completed until November 1, which meant they spent three months investigating the inner workings of his company.

Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, the law firm he hired to investigate his company, reviewed more than 4.5 million documents of collected messages. Everything from text messages and emails to apps like Slack and Discord were scanned before coming to a conclusion.

And while this research MrBeast LLC cleared of any unlawful treatment of minors by those who worked at the company, they did find “several isolated cases of harassment and misconduct in the workplace.”

MrBeast has built a profitable empire for himself over the years, but a former employee says his ‘invincible’ mentality is now causing him major problems.

As a result, MrBeast is in the process of making some changes to his business. Not only will he hire a new CEO, CPO, CFO and General Counsel to advise his company from the top down, he has also laid off a previously undisclosed number of employees.

Additionally, the company claims that mandatory corporate training across the board, targeted training for problem employees still working at the company, and new policies are being implemented to improve operations at MrBeast LLC.

The investigation also confirms that she is a Dawson French, also called dogpack404to stop making public accusations against MrBeast LLC during the investigation for the sake of “integrity”.

It’s also worth noting that Quinn Emanuel’s findings don’t include the different ones allegations against Lunchly this is a food safety hazard as some customers find mold in their lunch.

While this addresses some of the issues within his company and other business ventures, MrBeast still has a lot to do if he wants to completely clear his name and remove the accusations that have piled up against him in 2024.
