Priyanka and Rahul Gandhi will resume Wayanad campaign tomorrow

Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will resume her campaign for the Wayanad Lok Sabha by-election on November 3 and take part in public rallies and street corner rallies in the Hill constituency along with her brother, Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi, the party announced on Friday.

Priyanka is making her election debut and will be in Kerala till November 7, as per the itinerary released by the party. She will hold a joint public meeting with Rahul at Gandhi Park in Mananthavady on November 3 at 11 am, after which she will hold separate corner meetings at three additional locations on the same day.

Besides the joint meeting, Rahul will address a public meeting in Areekode at 3 pm, according to the campaign programme. Priyanka has scheduled several corner meetings across the region, including one in Valad at 1 p.m., another in Korom at 2.30 p.m. in Mananthavady assembly segment, and a meeting in Thariyode in Kalpetta assembly segment at 4.45 p.m.

On November 4, Priyanka will hold corner meetings at five locations in Kalpetta and Sultan Bathery assembly segments. Her schedule for November 4 begins with a corner meeting at Kenichira in the Sultan Bathery segment at 10am, followed by another meeting at Pulppally at 11am, and a meeting at Padichira near Mullankolly at 11.50am.
