State Police are investigating the fatal crash on I-69 in Eaton County

BENTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WILX) – Troopers from the Michigan State Police Lansing Post are investigating a fatal crash that occurred Saturday morning on I-69 in Eaton County.

The single-vehicle crash occurred on NB I-69 between Hartel and Lansing Roads near Potterville.

According to the Michigan Department of Transportation, both Northbound and Southbound I-69 were shut down while troopers responded to the crash. Police are warning people traveling on the highway to find another route.
