Attorney General Tim Griffin to announce lawsuit challenging Biden administration

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Attorney General Tim Griffin will announce a multi-state lawsuit challenging the president. Joe Biden’s administration Tuesday morning.

Griffin will be joined by Missouri Attorney General Andre Bailey to announce the trial.


The lawsuit involves six states and is co-led by Arkansas and Missouri.
