Maine Music Society Announces 7th Annual Online Auction

The Maine Music Society is set to host its 7th annual online auction. A variety of items ranging from homemade breads to snowshoeing and skiing experiences, vacation rentals, beautiful artwork, toys, clothing made by local artisans, and gift cards from a variety of local businesses. The preview opens on Friday, November 1st, bidding begins at 12pm on Saturday, November 2nd, and the auction will close 10 days later at 9pm on Wednesday, November 13th.

Details about bidding procedures and a link to the auction website are available on the MMS website at mainemusicsociety.org. Winners will be notified and informed of the location to pick up their items.

Rehearsals are underway for the 2024-25 season, “Celebrating Community.” Performances begin with the ever-popular Battle of the Blends a cappella experience at 7pm on Saturday, November 2nd, and in December with “A Season of Celebration”, in March with “Out of the Ashes” and in May with “A Showcase of American culture.” Concerts are all held at the Franco Center located at 46 Cedar St., Lewiston.
