College Professor Fired After Being Caught Upskirting Women With Hidden Camera On His SHOE

A professor has been fired from his university position and now faces a charge of aggravated sexual harassment after he was caught giving skirts to women at a fair.

Viral footage shared by a victim, who identified herself as Melissa, showed Miguel Pérez, 40, slipping his left sneaker and placing it under the skirt of a woman who was placing a food order at the 2024 Puebla Fair, in downtown Puebla. May 2nd.

Pérez could be seen stepping to the side and trying to place the sneaker between the unsuspecting woman’s shoes to get a better look.

Melissa then approached the woman to alert her before Pérez rushed towards the exit while her boyfriend confronted him.

“Where are you going grandpa,” Melissa’s partner asked Pérez. “You record with your sneakers on!” »

Pérez continued walking without responding and was pulled by the collar as he made his way through the crowd.

As he approached two police officers, Melissa’s boyfriend managed to grab her by the collar of her shirt.

“This bastard films women with a camera downstairs,” he said.

Pérez attempted to push the officers away by taking a step forward with his right foot, but Melissa’s boyfriend pointed at the left sneaker and placed his finger on the camera.

“It’s there, look,” he said.

Pérez was handcuffed at the scene and escorted to a tent, where he was questioned and then taken to the local police station.

He was remanded in custody while the Puebla State Attorney General’s Office continues its investigation.

Mexican university professor Miguel Pérez was arrested at a fair in the central city of Puebla after he was spotted using his sneakers with a hidden camera to film a woman placing an order at a kiosk.

In a video statement released Wednesday, a visibly shaken Melissa said she was under the impression authorities would not pursue Pérez and so decided to share the footage on her social media accounts, including X.

The prosecutor’s office reportedly tried to resolve the incident by suggesting he pay his victim $590, which she rejected.

“Although it was a minor crime, I believe no woman would want to be seen, especially without her consent, like this guy did,” she said.

Local media revealed that Pérez shared sexual content about women through a Telegram chat group.

He was fired last Thursday by the Autonomous University Benemérita de Puebla (BUAP) in Mexico.

“Regarding the events that occurred today at the Puebla Fair, BUAP emphasizes that it will not tolerate this type of inappropriate conduct that harms the social life and privacy of people, as stated the member of the teaching staff of the institution. ” the university said in a statement.
