Meet Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour Backup Team

If you were lucky enough to see T-Swift live on the Eras Tour (or, like me, if you’ve just watched the Eras Tour movie from the comfort of your couch more times than you can count ), chances are you’ve noticed Taylor’s film. fabulous backup dancers waltzing to “Lover” or spinning to “willow.”

Somewhere around the reputation Around this time, I began to recognize their individual faces when they took the stage. And by the end of the three and a half hour show, they felt a bit like my old friends (at least, old friends whose names I didn’t know!).

So I did what any self-respecting Swiftie would do and learned everything I could about Taylor’s amazing team! As we prepare for the European leg of the tour to kick off, here’s what you need to know about the dancers on Blondie’s Eras Tour:

Kameron Saunders

Backup dancer Kameron Saunders went viral for his solo in “Bejewled.” Plus, Kameron’s brother Khalen Saunders played for the Kansas City Chiefs with Taylor’s pal Travis Kelce! You’re talking about an invisible chain…

Taylor Banks

Besides sharing a first name with Taylor Swift, Taylor Banks has an *incredibly* impressive resume. She has danced with artists like Jennifer Lopez, Dua Lipa, Justin Timberlake, Billie Eilish, Mariah Carey, Cher and many others, and has modeled for brands like Nike and Reebok.

Natalie Reid has performed with artists such as Billie Eilish, Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull and was a Radio City Rockette for 11 seasons!

Kevin Scheitzbach

Kevin Scheitzbach, Sam Mcwilliams’ “Lover” dance partner, has danced at Coachella and in several music videos, and appeared in Disney’s Zombies 2. Remember the “guy over there with the really nice hair” (at least for some performances)? It was him !

Kamilah Marshall

Kamilah Marshall has been Taylor’s backup singer since Red tour! This T-Swift tour veteran also made an appearance as a guest at the party in Too good: the short film.

Melanie Nyema

Karen Chuang

In addition to dancing with Taylor, Karen Chuang is a choreographer and dance instructor. She has also performed with Lady Gaga, Pink and many others. (And she’s the one lip-syncing: “Who is Taylor Swift, anyway? Ew!” during “22”!)

Tamiya Lewis

You’ll probably recognize Raphael Thomas from his main appearances as Taylor’s boyfriend in “Tolerate It” and “Style.” Before he began dancing on the Eras Tour, he performed with artists including Janet Jackson and John Legend.
