The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has officially released the results of the recruitment exams for various posts including Head Master in Senior Secondary Schools under the SC-ST Welfare Department, Head Master in Senior Secondary Schools under the Education Department and Head Teacher in Primary Schools fall under the Education Department. The Bihar education department has tentatively selected 5,971 candidates for the role of principals in secondary schools after the recruitment exam held on June 28. In addition, the recruitment examination for the positions of head teacher in primary schools was held on June 29. role of head teacher, 36,947 candidates were listed in the merit list. These selections mark an important step in strengthening educational leadership in Bihar’s schools.

The head teacher exam consisted of a question paper divided into two parts: the first part contained 75 questions on General Studies and the second part contained 75 questions on DElEd. The exam was scored out of 150 points and lasted two hours and 30 minutes. For the Headmaster exam, the paper was also split into two sections, covering General Studies and BEd, with each section containing 75 questions. This exam was for 250 marks. The duration of the study was two hours and 30 minutes. On both exam days, the tests were administered in one shift from 12:00 noon to 2:30 p.m. Access to the exam location was closed one hour before the start. The exam took place on June 28 and June 29.
