22-year-old man charged with murder and assault in Halloween shooting at Vancouver Mall

Vancouver police arrested a 22 year old man on saturday in connection with the Halloween shots at the Vancouver Mall, leaving one man dead and two injured.

Vancouver detectives, with the assistance of SWAT officers, acted on a tip and arrested Travis L. Ward, 22, at a home in the city, police said.
