Burglary suspect filmed and arrest warrant issued

Windsor police have issued an arrest warrant for a wanted suspect after a break-in at a home was captured on security camera.

Ronald Vandeven, 31, is wanted for breaking and entering.

Vandeven is described as a white male, approximately 5’10”, weighing 161 pounds, with a full beard, of medium build and brown hair.
