Detectives have surveillance video showing the two shooters they are looking for, but after more than a year of trying to track them down, they are asking for the public’s help in making an arrest.

It was in the early morning hours of Feb. 24, 2023, when Williams was home with her husband and children on the 4100 block of Chico Way NW in Bremerton, when two people came to the house and sprayed it with bullets.

No one else in the house was injured, but Williams was hit.

She was flown to Harborview Medical Center, but she did not survive.

Investigators say surveillance video shows a black sedan driving off the road at a nearby school, Crosspoint Academy, then the gunmen walk into the road, wait for vehicles to pass, run to the house to fire gunshots before running back to their vehicle and flee. back north on Chico Way.

“Look, someone knows who did this, this wasn’t random,” said Jim Fuda with CrimeStoppers of Puget Sound. “A 45-year-old woman with five children was murdered, so we are offering a $1,000 reward for an anonymous tip that leads to an arrest and indictment.”

Investigators believe this was a targeted attack but have not yet revealed the gunmen’s motive.

“Nobody’s talking, it was dark, they have a description of a vehicle,” Fuda said. “They saw two people get out of that vehicle and walk up to the house in the dark, but with no positive IDs, so they do have some information, but if that could be confirmed with an anonymous tip coming in from someone saying they know who that has done this could help to break this case once and for all.
