Democratic Party of Korea Supreme Council member Kim Byung-joo demanded an apology, saying Han Ki-ho’s comments that he had been to Afghanistan as a soldier were clearly false.

Kim said at the Supreme Court that the people’s power to send trick troops to the war between Ukraine and Russia without the consent of the National Assembly and the Yoon Suk Yeol regime is fueling this war with fake news.

Previously, Rep. criticized Han, chairman of the Supreme Council’s Special Committee on Foreign Affairs and Security of the People’s Power, Kim, saying he had been to Afghanistan when he was a major and to Iraq when he was a lieutenant colonel. he states that it is unconstitutional to send troops without the consent of the National Assembly.

In response, the Supreme Court’s Kim countered that he had never been to Afghanistan or Iraq during his military service or in his life, and stressed that he would face legal action if he did not immediately stop spreading fake news.

Chairman Lee Jae-myung also instructed the party’s legal chairmen to file a complaint with the police if they do not make an official apology today (4th).
