2. 5 in court charged with felony conspiracy and theft

Eatery owner, four others charged with theft

Five defendants appeared in court, including alleged diner owner Jorge Aguilar, charged with conspiracy and theft, in which he pleaded for a lower bond. FOX 10’s Nicole Krasean has the story.
