Some products include shoes, women’s bags, kitchen utensils and equipment, blankets and luggage.

While Kenyans have marveled at the low prices of the stylish items she sells, some businesspeople in Nairobi are angry that she is allegedly diluting their businesses.

However, a TikToker shared a video praising the lady for exposing the ways in which traders are taking advantage of gullible buyers.

“Shiquo made many Kamukunji traders close their stalls and go back to the block because they were taking advantage. How can a rug worth KSh 6,000 in Kamukunji be KSh 2,800 at Shiquo’s? She should keep up the good work. Let everyone decorate their houses as they should. How can wholesalers sell us cups for KSh 300 and yet they are buying them for 20 cents, Shiquo, yourself?
