Report: 76ers could consider Zach LaVine if they go elsewhere

The Philadelphia 76ers will likely go big game hunting this summer, but if they hit their top targets, they could end up calling the Chicago Bulls. According to Jake Fischer of Yahoo Sports, if Philadelphia fails to achieve any of their top goals, they could be open to a possible trade for Zach LaVine.

“Removing a major wing would also leave the door open for Philadelphia to consider drafting a player such as Zach LaVine, sources said, in case Chicago or another team is willing to attach capital to retire his salary,” writes Fischer.

The Bulls are reportedly focusing on trading LaVine this summer, as they want to move in a different direction without the All-Star wing.

Meanwhile, the 76ers will have a ton of cap space this summer as they try to rebuild their roster around new All-Star guard Tyrese Maxey and MVP big man Joel Embiid.
