Fur Baby Friday: Meet Shania!

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — If you live in Music City, doesn’t it make sense to have a furry friend named after a music legend? If you agree with this sentiment, the Nashville Humane Association (NHA) has the pet for you: Shania!

“So, you’re Brad Pitt?” That doesn’t impress him much,” the shelter told News 2. “Now what if you’re Brad Pitt and you show up with a squeaky toy and a leash? SWOON! It’s his ogative paw to have a little fun and go completely crazy – showering you with kisses and cuddles.

According to the NHA, Shania is 6 months old, weighs about 32 pounds and looks like a mix of a terrier and an American Pit Bull.

If you come to meet Shania as soon as possible, the shelter has promised “she will always be the one you love, the one you dream of, always the one you kiss goodnight.”

Additionally, for Memorial Day weekend, NHA is covering adoption costs for families who have lost a parent or military K9 while serving.
