Warsaw woman recently arrested for allegedly assaulting husband

WARSAW – A woman from Warsaw was recently arrested for allegedly assaulting a man.

Robi Arizona Hatcher, 25, 201 S. Detroit St. Apartment 140, Warsaw, is charged with domestic violence committed in the presence of a child and domestic violence resulting in moderate bodily injury, both Level 6 felonies; and domestic battery, a class A misdemeanor.

On October 19, police officers in Warsaw responded to a physical fight at a home. Upon arrival, the officer observed a man and Hatcher in a physical confrontation.

According to court documents, Hatcher said she had gotten into an argument with the man and he pushed her to the ground. Hatcher asked the man to leave and punched him on the shoulder. She told officers they struggled, but the cuts to the man’s face occurred prior to the altercation.

The man said Hatcher went crazy, abused him and prevented him from leaving the home. He told officers he went to a bathroom to avoid Hatcher, who followed him and assaulted him.

Officers noticed fresh blood on the man’s face and the man’s blood was on Hatcher’s arms. Two children were present in the home during the argument.

Hatcher was arrested Oct. 19 at the Kosciusko County Jail.
