The Memorial Tournament: Best Bets, Predictions and PGA TOUR Golf Odds at DraftKings Sportsbook

The PGA TOUR heads to Ohio this week for the Memorial Tournament. Muirfield Village Golf Club, designed by Jack Nicklaus, will host and measure a 7,569-yard par 72, with bentgrass greens.

We have another signature event on the schedule this week, so the field is obviously loaded, led at the front by world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler. There will be just 71 players at Jack’s Place this week, and there will be a 36-hole cut featuring the top 50 and ties, plus anyone within 10 shots of the leader.

Below I’ve outlined my two favorite bets of the week.

This is strictly a bet on the talent game at this figure, as Clark comes in in terrible form. However, he has struggled a lot over the past two years, even after being in poor form, including several times already in 2024. He missed the cut in ugly fashion at the Masters, but then followed up with a T3 at the RBC Heritage, where a poor tee shot in the final round prevented him from chasing down Scottie Scheffler.

Earlier in the year, Clark also missed the cut at the Genesis Invitational, but then bounced back at Arnold Palmer in his next start, finishing solo second behind Scheffler.

Clark has established himself as a serial winner over the past 13 months, triumphing at the US Open, the Wells Fargo Championship and the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. He rose to third in the world, and only Scheffler has more victories than him during this period.

Clark had his best finish at Muirfield last year when he tied for 12th, and I expect him to bounce back in form at this place, just a week removed from his US Open title defense . If you want to give me 45/1 on a cold killer like Wyndy C, I’ll take him every time, especially in a field of 71 players.

Benny An is quietly having one of the best seasons on the PGA TOUR this season. He already has five top-10 finishes, including two on certified big-boy courses – Quail Hollow and Bay Hill. He also finished T16 at the Masters, which was his career-best finish at Augusta to date.

An is also no stranger to Jack’s Place, having played at Memorial seven for the past 10 years, while posting top-25 finishes in five of those starts, including a runner-up finish behind Bryson DeChambeau in 2018.

An has all the tools necessary to compete at Muirfield, as he ranks as the longest hitter on the field over the last 24 innings, while ranking fourth in GIR%. He is a true tee-to-green wizard and is currently playing the best golf of his life.

It’s obviously a tall order to ask him to knock out Scottie Scheffler, Rory McIlroy and Xander Schauffele, but at 50/1 it makes perfect sense to back him.
