Reproductive Freedom for All in Arizona Announces First List of Endorsements by State Legislature

Phoenix, Arizona — Today, Reproductive Freedom for All Arizona released its first list of primary endorsements for candidates running for the Arizona State Legislature in the 2024 election cycle. Arizona has a key opportunity to elect a majority on reproductive freedom in both state houses this election cycle, making it one of the most important state legislative elections in the country.

Reproductive Freedom for All Arizona Campaigns Director, Athena Salman issued the following statement:

“We need reproductive freedom majorities in both houses to fight these bans and restore reproductive freedom in Arizona, aligning ourselves with the 9 out of 10 Arizonans who believe in the legal right to abortion. The people of Legislative District 24 deserve leaders who will unconditionally defend their reproductive freedom – we are proud to support this slate of candidates. This will be one of many state legislative supports to come, as we know how critical it will be to finally elect a majority on reproductive freedom in both chambers this November.

This announcement builds on Reproductive Freedom for All Arizona’s ongoing efforts to endorse and support candidates committed to protecting and advancing reproductive freedom.
