TikTok star Bella Bradford, known for her “Get Ready with Me” videos, shared a pre-recorded farewell message on Oct. 31, weeks after her Oct. 15 death. The 24-year-old influencer has opened up about her battle with a rare, incurable cancer that she was diagnosed with at the age of 22.

In an 11-minute video, Bradford addressed her followers, saying: “I have terminal cancer, and unfortunately my life has now ended and I have passed away.” She explained her decision to film one final message, driven by her love of fashion and her gratitude to her fans. “Thank you for following me on this fun journey. I hope you look back on all my videos and find a little joy in your day if you ever need it,” she said.

Bradford appeared in the video wearing a khaki halter dress, a white cardigan, gold chains (including one with a teddy bear charm), black ballet flats, a brown hat and a leather bag. The TikTok post’s caption confirmed her death on October 15 and included a personal note from Bradford. She thanked her fans for their love and support during her final months and spoke about the sense of purpose she found in creating content. “Filming these videos has really given me a sense of purpose over the last few months and also connected me to a really friendly community of people,” she wrote.

In her message, Bradford also urged viewers to appreciate every day, writing: “Wishing you all a beautiful life, and remember to make each day as meaningful as the next. What a privilege it is to grow old .”

Bradford had first shared her cancer diagnosis in May, revealing she was battling a rare form of cancer that affected her jaw muscle. After a brief remission, the cancer returned and she continued her treatments, documenting her journey as a “palliative cancer patient.” Palliative care, as defined by the American Cancer Society, focuses on improving the quality of life and managing symptoms for people with serious illnesses.

She was diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare form of cancer that targets the skeletal muscles. Although the disease mainly affects children and teenagers, the disease can also be diagnosed in adults. The Cleveland Clinic reports that approximately 400 to 500 people in the United States are diagnosed with this cancer each year.

Bradford’s TikTok account, which has more than 14,000 followers, remains a testament to her passion for life and fashion. In her latest video, she expressed her deep appreciation for her community and thanked her followers for their continued support. “Thank you so much for this wild and wonderful ride. I hope you all have a beautiful, wonderful life. And I wish the very best for you all,” she said.
