Metro Crime Stoppers is offering a $2,000 reward for information in the murder of a teenager over the weekend. Identified by his full name on a GoFundMe page, Nestor Vladimir Nunez Zelaya, 17, of Owings Mills, was found early Sunday morning suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. on Hammershire Road in Reisterstown. “I heard four gunshots,” one resident told 11 News. “After that it went completely silent, and then I went to look out the window, but there was nothing.” Some residents told 11 News they are concerned for their safety as police investigate the homicide. “We were scared. Like, oh my God, no one thought there would be a guy on the ground, that had never happened until now,” one resident said. “We thought the community was safe, but now it doesn’t seem safe.
