Message from Simon Guobadia after the cease and desist of the 2nd “RHOA”

Simon Guobadia isn’t giving up on her ongoing divorce from ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star Porsha Williams. The 60-year-old man reportedly sent another cease and desist letter to the show’s producers.

According to RadarOnline, Guobadia has published the notice regarding its “Rolls Royce Ghost 2021 vehicle”. The outlet does not specify when Guobadia informed the producers, aka True Entertainment, LLC. However, he claims the media outlet obtained a copy of his order.

“You are advised that under Georgia law you are ordered to CEASE AND DESIST all photography, videotaping, recording, and filming of the Rolls Royce,” Guobadia’s ban reportedly read. “Upon information and belief, True Entertainment, LLC may have filmed, recorded or photographed the Rolls Royce while it may have been used and/or possessed by third parties other than Mr. Simon Guobadia. If such actions have taken place, I request that no photographs or recordings be leaked, disclosed or published as Mr. Guobadia does not consent to this regarding his vehicle…”

According to photos included in a report published by Emily CottonTop, Guobadia apparently gifted Williams a gray Rolls Royce during their romance. However, it is still unclear whether this vehicle is exactly what Guobadia is referring to in his review.

Nonetheless, RadarOnline adds that Guobadia reiterated that he “remains the sole legal owner of the vehicle” and demands “strict compliance” with his request. To support his claims, Guobadia allegedly provided “proof of purchase and ownership” and a “copy of the vehicle’s insurance card.”

“As such, please (note) that Mr. Guobadia does not consent to the broadcast, disclosure or publication of the Rolls Royce, nor to the recording, filming, photography or recording of the Rolls Royce, including any aspect of any activity in or around the Rolls Royce,” the letter adds.

The formal notice would indicate that if Guobadia learns that his vehicle was “filmed, recorded or photographed” by the production “while it could have been used and/or possessed by third parties other than himself, he then requests that “no photographs or recordings shall be disclosed, divulged or published.”

Additionally, Guobadia reportedly indicated that further legal action would be taken if the production company did not comply.

Reactions on social networks

According to the outlet, Wiliams and True Entertainment, LLC have yet to legally respond to Guobadia’s notice. Meanwhile, social media users seem to have a lot to say about the actions reported by Guobadia. Many shared their stance in the comments section of The Shade Room.

Hours later, Guobadia returned to the platform to post a separate message, apparently addressing those who were calling him out for his pettiness.

“I’m sassy and mean-spirited…a big part of my personality; and I credit this trait for much of my success in life. Popular opinion doesn’t matter to me… being relentless does,” he wrote in the caption of his post. “When you call me impertinent and petty, I take it as a compliment. #mylifemypath”

Additionally, Guobadia posed in front of a white Rolls Royce in a photo that accompanied the text.
