She said: “When I left the show I wasn’t looking for a relationship, I was just like, ‘My God, that was traumatic’.”

Jordan, who is her friend’s cousin and neighbor, and Rozz exchanged flirty messages before arranging their first date.

“It seemed to go really well,” she said. “He’s just like me, which is good because we smiled and laughed throughout.

“So many people message you when you’re on TV and stuff like that, it’s like ‘oh, that’s like questionable’ and I think it’s Good that he was known by someone I know.

Rozz was initially concerned that Jordan might have a bad preconceived idea of who she is after seeing her on Mafs, but that was quickly put to rest.

She said: “I knew he had watched the show and by the end obviously I had so much hatred for my decision and I feel like it affected my confidence when it came down to it. from him because I didn’t want him to think randomly out of the blue, I’m just going to say “it’s not for me.”

“When you’re on the show, you get negative opinions about yourself from people, so it’s like ‘well, what’s his notice on me?’ And even if he takes me out on a date, it’s like “does he really like me?” Does he think I’m a bad person? Is he basing me on the edit?; And it’s crazy how wild your brain goes.”

Rozz decided to end her relationship with Thomas Kriaras while she was at his family home.

She realized the extent of the trust issues stemming from her past relationship and it made her feel unworthy of love.

It was all becoming too much for her and she decided that spending time alone was best.

They remain friends and Rozz even supported Thomas when he graduated with a master’s degree in finance and investing from Loughborough University in December.

She said: “As far as Thomas and I are concerned, we are friends. Obviously sometimes it’s hard to maintain friendships after a show, sometimes you go out and go your separate ways, right?

“But if we met, it would be totally friendly. All I want is for Thomas to find the most beautiful person.”

“I just want everyone to be happy and everyone to get along. I feel like we learned a lot from each other. I know the audience hated that decision, but Thomas has grown so much as a person and I’ve also grown, you know, and I wish people could actually see what we’ve really given ourselves.

“Yes, we didn’t end up being together forever, but we both grew and experienced in that relationship and I will never change that.

“I’ll never marry a foreigner again, but what I’m saying is I don’t regret doing it because you know, we’re both different people at the end of the day, we grew up from the people we started with, to the people we ended up with. I know it was sad but we grew.

I know the public hated that decision, but Thomas has grown so much as a person and I’ve grown too, you know, and I wish people could actually see what we really gave ourselves.

She still has one therapy session per month to “clear my brain”.

By the end of the show, Rozz was subjected to a barrage of online abuse that left her feeling overwhelmed.

“I feel like in that moment I was overwhelmed by an amount of hatred,” she said. “I couldn’t read it obviously because it was too much, but now you get drips and drips and sometimes you’re like ‘God’ and then you realize you don’t know these people no matter what .they think and everyone around me, all my clients and the people who come to see me generally think I’m a nice person so that’s all that matters.

The future is much brighter now and she and Jordan are considering a summer vacation together.

While marriage isn’t on the horizon yet, they’re about to say the all important L word.

Rozz laughed: “We say it in a roundabout way, yeah. All my friends are like ‘oh, you’re, you’re,’ and I definitely see myself in love with him.”
