Lindsay Lohan tweeted Taylor Swift without a message and we’re confused

From Cosmopolitan

Lindsay Lohan tweeted Taylor Swift over the weekend and we need answers. For what? Because she didn’t send a message with her tweet – only @TaylorSwift – and, honestly, we’re well and truly confused.

Lindsay quickly began trending on Twitter on Sunday and the tweet has since received nearly 55,000 likes. Fans have many theories behind the tweet, with some wondering if it has anything to do with Taylor’s “Folklore” track “The Last Great American Dynasty.”

Fans believe the song would make a great movie and have even suggested who should star in it. @TSlifestyle13 tweeted: “The Last a Great American Dynasty would make an incredible movie. The story is timeless yet unique, the music would be exquisite and it already has the perfect title. As for the cast: Blake Lively (Rebekah), Ryan Reynolds ( Bill), Jesse Tyler Ferguson (neighbor) protester…”

Jesse then caught wind of the tweet, saying, “Ok I’m available for that,” while tagging Blake, Ryan and Taylor, and all three responded, with the “Love Story” singer lending his support .

“I’m not trying to be the loudest woman this city has ever seen but…I LOVE THIS,” Taylor wrote on September 12.

So while fans were already selecting actors, some thought Lindsay might put her name in the hat for a role in the film if it ever came to fruition.

Of course, it could also just be an accidental pocket tweet…
