Euro viewers think they've spotted a new moment

The moment was filmed at the Euro

Euro viewers think they’ve spotted a moment that could rival Joachim Löw’s ‘scratch and sniff’ incident.

Eight years ago, at the opening of Euro 2016, Löw left football fans quite uncomfortable after putting his hand down the front of his pants during a match between Germany and Ukraine.

Moments later, he could be seen sitting and sniffing her hand.

Completely unaware that the cameras were filming his every move, Löw did not know he had been arrested and later apologized.

“I also saw the photos and obviously, sometimes we do things unconsciously. It happened and I’m sorry,” he said.

“It was adrenaline and concentration. I will try to behave differently in the future.

But consider that it’s ultimately forgotten, after an incident at this year’s Euros appears to have significantly overshadowed Löw’s misdemeanor.

Dutch football manager Ronald Koeman has been filmed taking ‘scratch and sniff’ to a whole new level.

This time it’s more “pick and lick”.

The video – which appears to get worse from start to finish – begins with the manager wiping his nose with his hand.

He then reaches into his pants pocket – probably (we hope) for a tissue – but unfortunately comes up empty-handed.

He wipes his nose again, before putting his finger in one nostril and then putting it in his mouth.

Just when you think the ordeal is over, Koeman wipes his nose again, licks his fingers and wipes it again before lifting his t-shirt to his nose.

People were quite surprised by the video, which went viral on social media.

One person wrote on X: “Koeman does his best to match Joachim Low’s finger-sniffing antics.”

While another said: “WHAT ON EARTH IS HE?!?”

And a third said: “I thought Joachim Löw was bad.”
