CEPS announces retirement of director and repayment of loan

CEPS SA (EN:CEPS) posted an update.

CEPS plc has announced the retirement of long-serving non-executive director Geoff Martin, with immediate effect. Martin’s departure comes after a remarkable tenure which began in 1981, with a period as finance director before moving into non-executive roles. Additionally, the company has confirmed the repayment of a director loan from David Horner, and details on Martin’s successor will be released soon.
