DECATUR, IL, June 17, 2024–(BUSINESS WIRE)–DCC Marketing has named Molly Wilson as its new Managing Director of Accounts and Public Affairs. Wilson brings a wealth of experience with an impressive career in strategic marketing and communications across all industries. His expertise covers executive leadership, advanced marketing techniques, community engagement and crisis management.

She most recently served as Director of Communications for the Rwanda Institute for Conservation Agriculture (RICA), where she led the institute’s marketing, communications and events, including for dignitaries and chief executives. Visiting State. She has held leadership positions at the Howard G. Buffett Foundation (HGBF), Memorial Health, Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS), and Archer Daniels Midland (ADM).
