Kamala Harris calls out BS to 'narrative' black men going for Trump

Vice President Kamala Harris called former president Donald Trump according to a report, abandoning the race Wednesday afternoon.

The Washington Post‘S Josh Dawson reported“Vice President Kamala Harris has called on President-elect Trump to acknowledge and congratulate him, a Harris aide said.”

CNNs Betsy Klein further reported:

Vice President Kamala Harris officially recognized the 2024 election and called on President-elect Donald Trump to congratulate her on Wednesday.

Harris, a senior aide said, “called President-elect Trump to congratulate him on winning the 2024 presidential election. She discussed the importance of a peaceful transition of power and the presidency for all Americans.”

An acquaintance tells CNN that the conversation only lasted a few minutes.

Harris will speak at Howard University – her alma mater – at 4:00 PM ET.

Harris was scheduled to speak at the school on Tuesday evening but canceled her remarks after early results on the battlefield looked bleak.

Trump beatd Harris Tuesday to secure a second term in the White House — by both winning the popular vote and breaking the so-called blue wall. Democrats hoped Harris would be propelled to victory.

Trump ultimately won in Georgia, North Carolina, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. The former president also led in Arizona and Nevada on Wednesday afternoon and appeared poised to take all seven swing states.

Republicans continued to walk away on Tuesday with a majority in the Senate and a good chance of retaining the House.
