“Survivor” fans will be shocked to see this familiar face on “Jeopardy!” »

Be ready, Survivor fans, as a recognizable contestant trades time in the jungle for a chance to take to an iconic game show stage.

Drew Basile appeared as one of the candidates on Survivor season 45 in September 2023, where he placed sixth in the competition. He became famous for being a “know-it-all”, finding ways to show his love of being a self-proclaimed “nerd” amid his recent English and philosophy degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Well, by TV InsiderDrew now has the chance to show off his impressive skills by appearing in an upcoming episode of Danger! which will be broadcast on Wednesday June 19.

Additionally, Drew confirmed his latest foray into reality TV by proudly posting photos alongside Danger! host Ken Jennings on Instagram. “I AM IN PERIL!!! Airing June 19th,” he wrote on June 4th. “Those who hate me have called me a know-it-all. It’s time to prove them right.”

When fans of Survivor After finding out that Drew would be brushing up on his knowledge on a new platform, they were immediately excited about what was to come from him on the hit quiz show.

“What can’t he do!!!! Congratulations, Drew can’t wait to watch 🙌,” one person exclaimed. “So happy!!! We will definitely be tuning in! 🤙🏼,” said another. “Added to my calendar! 😁,” another person added.

Although we’ll be sure to watch Drew’s episode to see how he fares, it turns out he’s not the only person in the Survivor universe to make a way Danger!.

In May 2023, fans of the CBS series learned that the candidate Juveria Zaheer was actually the sister of Omar Zaheerwhich appeared on Survivor season 42 and subsequently won sixth place in the competition. Juveria has become a household name in its own right, reappearing on Danger! in January 2024. During the Second Chance finale (which took place over two days), she won her episode with $70,800 in winnings and became the fourth woman in the show’s history to top the $50,000 in a single match with $51,200 in his opening day victory.
