House of Grace daycare center installs new playground

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – The House of Grace Learning Center and Daycare announces a safe playground opening for their children.

The playground was installed on October 25 at 518 Court Street in downtown Rockford. Volunteers will help set it up on October 26.

Chris Mulkins and Pastor Shelia Brown put together a team to make the playground possible.

“It was a dream of ours to have an extensive playground project like this. I’ve been praying about this for a few years, so it’s exciting to see this finally become a reality,” Brown said.

House of Grace provides free childcare for low-income families.
