Brooks Macdonald announces appointment of new CEO

Brooks Macdonald Group PLC has announced the retirement of Andrew Shepherd, the current group CEO, and the appointment of Andrea Montague as his successor from 1 October 2024, following a transition period as CEO designate from July. Montague, who joined the firm as CFO in August 2023, is recognized for her extensive experience in the asset management industry and is poised to continue the firm’s ambitious growth strategy. The company has launched a search for a new CFO as Montague prepares to take the helm.
