Lil Durk roasted online after locker room appearance at Chicago Sky vs. Indiana Fever

Lil Durk is the latest celebrity to show her love to WNBA athletes, lending her support as the Chicago Sky took on the Indiana Fever on Sunday (June 23).

The Chicago rapper previously welcomed Angel Reese upon her arrival to the team and was on hand to watch her battle to a victory against Caitlyn Clark’s Fever.

The game proved to be one of the most intense of the season so far, with the Sky taking an 88-87 victory. Lil Durk sat on the court as Reese scored 25 points and grabbed 16 rebounds. Reese had her best performance as a professional and earned her first win over Clark in the WNBA.

After the match, Chicago Sky coach Teresa Weatherspoon welcomed Lil Durk into the locker room to celebrate with the players. Durkio posed for photos with Angel Reese before congratulating the Chicago Sky on their victory. He also promised to return to encourage the sports stars.

“I said I really want to meet him,” Coach Weatherspoon said as he hugged Lil Durk. “I want to bring him with us.”

She then gave the floor to Durk to address the victorious team. “We’ve looked inward now,” he said. “You all had a good game today and I’m going to come to more games to support you.”

However, once footage of the Chicago Sky locker room discussion hit social media, users focused on Lil Durk’s form. His small size compared to the Glamazon athletes also caused a ruckus.

He arrived as the Count of Montenegro,” one person joked.

“I got up swinging the new floor mat,” another person tweeted.

“The height difference made me dead,” one user said in response to Durk’s photo shoot with Angel Reese.
