Glastonbury Festival organizers have announced a change to the lineup for one of its stages, sharing the news just days before the festival returns later this week.

The five-day arts festival, which takes place at Worthy Farm in Somerset, will run from Wednesday to Sunday. Many artists will take the stage during this time, headlining this year’s event, including Dua Lipa, Coldplay and SZA.

Before its launch, organizers announced that one of Groove Armada’s sets would not take place. The electronic music duo – made up of Andy Cato and Tom Findlay – were due to perform at Stonebridge Bar on Thursday evening.

The news was shared by festival officials in a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, over the weekend. They announced the change of plans in a tweet shared by Glastonbury’s verified account on the platform.

The page’s tweet on Saturday read: “To ensure @GrooveArmada’s many fans can enjoy the duo’s DJ sets at this year’s Festival, their performance in the low-capacity Stonebridge Bar on Thursday evening now cannot take place.”

The organizers continued in the post: “Instead, we encourage you to attend their sets at the larger capacity Glade on Sundays at 8:30 p.m. and B2B with Eats Everything at Levels on Saturdays at 6 p.m. Thank you for your understanding .”

Reportedly, Groove Armada – known for songs such as I See You Baby and Superstylin’ – were already scheduled to perform at the Glade and Levels stages. Both were reported months ago, as was their Stonebridge Bar set.

They are scheduled to perform on the Levels Stage Saturday from 6-7:30 p.m. as part of the Eats Everything B2B Groove Armada at the venue. The duo is scheduled to perform on the Glade Stage Sunday evening from 8:30 to 10 p.m.
