Rums inspired by island nations: Lazy Dodo Rum

These new Lazy Dodo rums have been announced by the Grays-owned brand as a series of fruity spirits perfect for enhancing cocktails with a burst of flavor. The rums come in three flavors, including Passionfruit & Mango, Vanilla & Victoria Pineapple and Grapefruit & Litchi with Pepper, each inspired by the iconic flavors of Mauritius. The spirits each have an ABV of 35%, come in 700ml bottles and are available now in Mauritius ahead of a launch in select European markets from September.

Florence de Coriolis, Rum Brand Manager at Grays, spoke about the new Lazy Dodo rums, saying: “Lazy Dodo is a rum full of tropical adventures, so we chose to diversify its recipes by taking inspiration from the fruity flavors of our island. Lazy Dodo is a very creative and sunny brand. We therefore chose to highlight the tastes linked to the Mauritian terroir and our region.
