The Los Angeles Chargers are on pause from offseason activities, at least on the field. The team had a pretty busy offseason, considering team owner Dean Spanos also shuffled his staff off the grid. He hired former University of Michigan Wolverines head coach Jim Harbaugh to replace Brandon Staley and former Baltimore Ravens director of player personnel Joe Hortiz.

Joe Hortiz wasted no time getting rid of the Chargers’ top two receivers in 2023, six-time Pro Bowler Keenan Allen and zero-time Pro Bowler Mike Williams. Former Pro Bowl quarterback Justin Herbert might now focus differently on offense, as Jim Harbaugh implements a smashmouth offense.
