Prudential completes share buyback and cancellation

Prudential (GB:PRU) posted an update.

Prudential plc announced the repurchase of 300,000 of its own shares at an average price of £7.4725 per share, with the intention of canceling them, thereby reducing the number of shares outstanding to 2,748,352,237. which took place on the London Stock Exchange, is part of the company’s share buyback plan authorized by shareholders at the 2024 Annual General Meeting.
