A 74-year-old HOA board member was caught pooping at a neighbor’s house.

Add this to the list of reasons people don’t like HOAs. . .

An Indiana homeowner caught a 74-year-old woman pooping on the side of her house. . . TWICE. The first time, last month, he saw her on his lawn and later realized she had left him a “gift.”

He set his surveillance cameras there. . . and a few weeks later she came back and did it again. This time the act was filmed. . . in broad daylight . . . so he took it to the police.

Old Lady Poop is a retiree who lives in the area, and get this: she is a board member of the neighborhood HOA.

The police confronted her and she initially denied it was her. . . but she admitted it later when they showed her the footage.

She told deputies she had no vendetta against the owner. . . she just had to use the toilet.

Perhaps there is more to do. The homeowner admitted he had an ongoing “problem” with the neighborhood HOA. . . but he does not personally know any members of the HOA and did not know that this woman was connected to it.

She was charged with three misdemeanors: criminal trespass. . . criminal mischief. . . and public nudity.
