HOA board member caught on camera throwing puddles of water in front of neighbor’s house

There is nothing worse in the world than a homeowners association. They don’t like you, your garden, or anything to do with your house, and they will do whatever it takes to get their message across to you.

According to police in New Palestine, Indiana, a homeowner was outside his home when he discovered a pile of human feces next to his air conditioning unit.

This wasn’t the first time the homeowner discovered a pile of shit next to his house, and it wasn’t the first time the culprit was caught on camera.

Court documents say the homeowner caught an unknown woman on surveillance video entering his lawn on May 2, and that was the same day the homeowner found a “gift” left for him next to the house .

After the second search, on May 29, the homeowner contacted police and turned over the surveillance footage that showed the serial pooper in the act. In the footage, a woman is very clearly seen dropping her hole and squatting next to an old air conditioning unit.

Deputies were able to determine who the woman is, a retiree who lives in the area – a 74-year-old woman – but the woman denied it was her.

Once they showed the woman on video showing her defecating against the wall of the house, she confessed to committing the dirty act.

According to deputies, the woman said she had no vendetta against the owner, but just had to go to the big pot.

The homeowner told Fox59 he was having issues with the HOA, but court documents indicate he does not personally know any members of the group and did not know the woman was part of the HOA.

Since the incident, the woman has resigned from her position with the HOA.

She was charged with criminal trespass, criminal mischief and public nudity, all misdemeanor offenses.
