How to Get a Refund After Canceling Amazon Prime

Customers who paid for a Prime membership but never used its benefits may be eligible for a full refund, Amazon says.

If you cancel your subscription within three business days of converting your free trial, you are also entitled to a full refund, provided you have not used any Prime benefits during that period.

Those who have used the benefits may be eligible for a partial refund based on the remaining time on their subscription and usage.

Amazon will process all refunds within three to five business days.
