Lješković beats again, the director remains silent

The Department of Forensic Medicine and Forensic Psychiatry of Dobrota Hospital was once again the scene of clashes – inmates Rados Ljeskovic he attacked two nights ago and injured the prisoner Milan Sjeklocwhile he was taking a shower.

Since mid-June, this is the fourth incident involving the actor from Nikšić, for which the director of the special psychiatric hospital, Dr. Alexander Macić claims that he has no place in this health facility because “he is an intelligent criminal, a malingerer…”.

Sjekloća was attacked on the evening of June 29, around 9:30 p.m., after which the hospital’s health workers provided him with first aid, but he, according to “Vijesti” sources, asked to be taken to the Risan hospital for an examination, in order to determine his injuries.

Less than half an hour later, the police arrived at the premises of the psychiatric hospital department, where patients are placed by court order.

Police inspectors collected information from eyewitnesses and the police leadership told “Vijesti” that it had informed the duty prosecutor of the Kotor General Prosecutor’s Office about the incident.

“The police officers went to the scene of the incident and found that the man R. Lj. inflicted blows on the head, the face was taken to the MSMS for medical assistance, and the ODT prosecutor of Kotor was informed of the incident, on the order of which the video surveillance images will be released. In addition, the prosecutor ordered the acquisition of the medical file of the injured person and will then declare the possible qualification of the act,” explained. the security institution.

An interlocutor of the SBP Dobrota told “Vijesta” that the incidents are frequent due to the lack of security at the Department of Forensic and Forensic Psychiatry and that they are always caused by two prisoners – Lješković and Boško Filipovic.

“Instead of eight employees in the security service, only two are working. The question is when the incident will take on a scale that it will not be possible to control,” the source said.

Since June 17, the director of SBP Dobrota has not answered questions from “Vijesta” about the security of the court – how many officers work in one shift and which company is responsible for security in this part of the psychiatric institution.

A hospital source said that Macic, in order to protect the head of the judicial department, “solves” the problems by sweeping them under the carpet.

“Instead of isolating those who constantly cause problems, namely the two prisoners, they allow these two to establish camps and encourage others to participate in incidents. The way they solve the problem of protecting others from, for example, Lješković, is to transfer those who are attacked by him to another department, for example, to the Department for the Treatment of Drug-Related Diseases,” the same interlocutor said.

He pointed out that the same patients who caused a problem two nights ago insulted the on-call doctor and technicians two weeks ago.

Mačić has not even answered questions about this since June 17, and the institution has also remained silent on the question of whether Lješković enjoys privileges from the head of the court department…

ATTACKS

Lješković, a repeat offender, committed at least two similar incidents at Dobrota Hospital in mid-June, during which he attacked and injured an inmate. Mitra Vučinić.

He did so for the first time on June 14, as also shown in the images from surveillance cameras to which “Vijesti” had access.

The video shows Vučinić and Lješković walking down the hallway towards each other. Vučinić is talking on the phone and walking on the opposite side from where Lješković is walking. As they meet, Lješković swings his hand and hits Vučinić, who tries to defend himself but is still being hit. After a few seconds, Lješković threw his fellow citizen to the ground and continued to hit him.

The cameras also recorded that several prisoners ran out of the other rooms, but at first only a part of them tried to separate the two Nikšić residents. After a few seconds, security guards and most likely a medical technician rushed into this area, which also separated them, and then two more prisoners joined them. The others watched the fight calmly.

After less than a minute, they managed to gain the upper hand on Lješković and take Vučinić away from him.

Two days later, he tried to attack Vučinić again, but failed to hit him.

According to the interlocutors of “Vijesti” at this health establishment, Lješković and Boško Filipović caused chaos in the forensic psychiatry department, where they are both interned by court order. They allegedly made a mess that night, broke the inventory, insulted the doctor on duty and the technicians and threatened them.

The next morning, Lješković managed to attack Vučinić…

ESCAPE

On April 25, Lješković cut the window bars with a bone knife and escaped from the department of forensic and forensic psychiatry. He was arrested in his hometown, Nikšić, after a forty-day escape.

Although the director of the psychiatric institution where Nikšić was placed stated that Lješković did not belong there, after his arrest he was referred to the forensic medicine and forensic psychiatry department.

The fact that he escaped from the courtroom for the third time in late April is probably not enough to hold him responsible for the crime of escaping from custody.

This follows from the responses previously provided to “Vijesti” by the General Prosecutor’s Office of Kotor, from which it was clarified that the duty prosecutor was informed of “the incident in question by the OPS UP OB Kotor”, that he had given instructions to the police to take certain measures:

“For the purposes of determining the circumstances of the event in question and for the purposes of assessing whether the actions of a person contain the elements of a criminal offense for which prosecution is initiated ex officio.

In order to protect against the disclosure of data relating to the content of the measures taken within the framework of the pre-criminal procedure and the evidence collected by the investigation, we are not able to answer you about what we have learned, about the measures taken and the content of the evidence collected.

“We emphasize that for the existence of the criminal offence of escape of a person deprived of liberty from Article 393 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro, it is necessary that the escape of a person deprived of liberty on the basis of the law occurred through the use of force against a person or through the threat of an immediate attack on the life or body of a person,” the spokesperson for the prosecutor’s office, the State Prosecutor, responded to “Vijesti”. Tijana Celanovic.

Due to Lješković’s escape, the police repeatedly questioned the head of the Department of Forensic Medicine and Forensic Psychiatry, Dr. Jova Đedovicsaid earlier to “Vijesti” from the police leadership.
