Police carry out 'raids' in Liam Payne's name as a 'friend' and two hotel employees become persons of interest

Now Argentinian police are further investigating the death and raiding the homes of two hotel employees and a ‘friend’ of Payne.

According to TMZAuthorities are carrying out another series of raids, reportedly searching the homes of two hotel employees and someone believed to be a ‘friend’ of the One Direction member.

Apparently, sources told the station that police identified Payne’s “friend” through text messages. They looked through the phone to find out who was selling him drugs. Particularly after the artist’s death, an autopsy showed that he had done so pink cocaine in his system. That’s a mix of drugs, including methamphetamine, ketamine, ecstasy and possibly more. There were also drugs in his hotel room.

According to the report, investigators did not find his “friend” at their home.

These are not the first raids related to Liam Payne’s death. Last month, investigators raided the hotel where he died, CasaSur. They were looking for electronic and paper documents, as well as videos from the hotel.
