Monique Ward Caught Stealing at Target Using ‘Skip-Scan’ at Self-Checkout – Scoop: Nashville

Monique Latosha Ward, 43, was caught trying to steal merchandise from the Target store on Gallatin Pike North on June 4.^th. Loss prevention officer Grace Sanders alerted authorities and informed them that Ward had entered the store and began hiding items in her bag. Sanders said Ward began “scanning items” at the self-checkout and exited the store. After Ward exited, she was confronted by loss prevention employees. Ward was later cited for that day’s incident. Ward was arrested for theft on June 26^th.

Monique Latosha Ward of Dickerson Pike N in Nashville, TN, was summoned to appear in court on June 26, charged with theft.
