Attack on Titan: The Last Attack releases hilarious new poster to celebrate its creator’s retirement

Attack on Titan: The Last Attack releases hilarious new poster to celebrate its creator’s retirement

Attack on Titan: The Final Strike arrives in Japanese theaters and promises to be the first film of the franchise to introduce anime fans to the likes of Eren Jaeger, Armin Arlert and Mikasa Ackermann. Although the film itself is a compilation film that brings together the final episodes of the anime series, that doesn’t stop creator Hajime Isayama and Studio MAPPA from offering fans new, and often hilarious, art. Isayama has been making no secret of his passions outside of the manga world for some time now, and the mangaka has been honored with the release of a new hilarious poster that combines one of the loves of his life with a creepy horror aesthetic.

Hajime Isayama certainly earned his retirement working on it Attack on Titan for more than a decade. Although the final scene of the series hinted that the cycle of the Titans would continue long after the deaths of Eren Jaeger and the Scout Regiment, the manga artist has refrained from confirming whether he will continue the universe. The last example of Hajime returning to the Survey Corps story was via Attack on Titan: Bad Boya short story that focused on the early life of Captain Levi. While the story didn’t feature any Titans-eating characters, it focused on the dark story of Levi’s early years as he struggled with poverty and was transformed into the man who became a fan favorite.

Attack on sauna: the last sauna

Hajime Isayama wanted nothing more than to own a sauna for his retirement from making manga. He loved saunas so much that the artist even created new art of the Scout Regiment enjoying the warm environments. As part of the countdown to Attack on Titan: The Final Strike release date in Japan on November 8, the anime’s director Yuchihiro Hayashi has dropped a new poster.

“The Sauna Killer 2” is a fictional horror film that seems to bring together both Eldians and Marleyians as they deal with the horror of a sauna and a murderer within it. This premise would make for a hilarious anime concept, although it’s highly unlikely that we’ll see this concept make it to the screen. Still, the anime world can always use a good horror project.

Attack on Titan: The Final Strike Post credits

The upcoming film may focus on footage that anime fans have already seen, but Studio MAPPA is adding some light touches to the animation that will make up The Last Attack. On top of this, Attack on Titan: The Final Strike will feature a new post-credits scene that has yet to be revealed. Since the series finale originally featured a number of key post-credits scenes, it will be interesting to see what other surprises the series has in store with its first and possibly final film.

While Attack on Titan may be over in both the manga and anime adaptations, but there’s still an important story from this universe that can be brought to life. Attack on Titan: Before the Fall was a manga miniseries created by writer Ryo Suzukaze and artist THORES Shibamoto. The manga is set seventy years before the main series and could potentially be turned into a movie if MAPPA wanted to return to the Titan world in the future.
