A cold front will move across the state bringing scattered rain showers and gusty winds

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – The weak front that brought showers to Kauai and Oahu Wednesday night continues to bring some rain to Maui County Thursday morning.

It will continue all day for Maui.

Behind the front there will be strong and stormy trading that will last through the weekend and into next week.

The north coast will have moderate sized overlapping waves to keep surfers happy, but conditions will be rough with the strong winds.

There will be a few more swells next week. The city sides will remain small and the eastern sides will experience a trade wind.

A great tool to have is our First warning weather app and interactive radar.
