Texas A&M third baseman Gavin Grahovac has a message for the 12th man

Freshman third baseman Gavin Grahovac became one of several Aggies to announce their respective returns to Texas A&M last week after briefly entering the transfer portal following former head coach Jim Schlossnagle’s departure for the Longhorns.

As the nation celebrated Independence Day on Thursday, Grahovac represented his country by playing for the United States on the field. After announcing his return, Grahovac shared a message with Aggies fans.

“What’s up, Aggieland! I’m here with Team USA, I can’t wait to see you next year,” Grahovac predicted. “The 12th Man was awesome, I can’t wait to be back at Olson Field.”

“Gig’Em!”

During his first year in College Station, the star freshman was named the SEC Freshman of the Year in D1 baseball preseason. He then went on to be voted SEC Freshman of the Week two straight times in April.

Grahovac has already played for the U.S. U18 national team in 2022.
