‘Take the camera off him’ slams ESPN anchor after Madison Keys’ fiancé and trainer was caught performing disgusting act

ESPN broadcasters were horrified after Madison Keys’ coach and fiancé’s actions were caught on camera.

Bjorn Fratangelo, 30, was seen picking his nose as live TV cameras filmed him sitting in the players’ stand.

Fratangelo was cheering on his fiancée Keys, 29, at Wimbledon during a fourth-round match on Sunday.

Between points, the cameras filmed him in the stands of Court 1.

And as it was broadcast live on television, Fratangelo appeared to have a long, long nose.

Chris McKendry and Rennae Stubbs were commentators for ESPN at the time.

“Take the camera off him while he picks his nose,” Stubbs urged.

Fans watching the match on television also noticed the incident.

One user posted on X, formerly known as Twitter: “Don’t pick your nose in public, especially when your wife is playing in a game and there’s a good chance you’ll be on TV.”

While another said: “ESPN cameras zoom in on Bjorn Fratangelo as he picks his nose and shows his findings.

“It’s Wimbledon, sir!”

Fratangelo watched as Keys, seeded No. 12, faced No. 7 seed Jasmine Paolini of Italy.

Keys was forced to retire in tears with a leg injury during the third set.

The match was locked at 5-5 in a deciding set when Keys had no choice but to retire after two hours and 23 minutes.

The American was hoping to match her best result at Wimbledon, reaching the quarter-finals, if she won on Sunday.

Keys has been dating Fratangelo since 2017 and the couple got engaged in 2023.

Fratangelo also took over as coach last summer.

He is a former professional tennis player who reached the peak of his career in singles ranking 99th in the world.

The 30-year-old reached the second round of the US Open in 2017 and the same stage at Roland Garros the previous year.

Elsewhere at Wimbledon, American Coco Gauff, seeded number two, lost to her compatriot Emma Navarro in three sets.

The reigning US Open champion was beaten 6-4, 6-3 in a night clash on Centre Court.

Navarro, 23, is the No. 19 seed at Wimbledon and had his best Grand Slam performance with his victory on Sunday.
