Jennifer Lopez ready for new beginnings after Ben Affleck split: report

Jennifer Lopez’s close friends apparently want her to settle down after a challenging phase of her life.

An insider revealed this Entertainment tonight that the Marry me The star’s friends and family members urged the singer to settle down after her troubled two-year marriage to now estranged husband Ben Affleck.

The tipster noted, “Jen’s friends and family want to see her get back out there and finally get her happily ever after.”

Furthermore, the source claimed that the Air director has also decided to move on in life.

The insider added, “Ben has other priorities that are more important… but he’s open to (dating).”

Another source revealed People magazine that the former couple has lasting feelings for each other and that they want to remain friends despite their bitter past.

The tipster noted, “They still have a lot of love for each other and are doing everything they can to stay friendly.”

It’s important to note that these comments came after Ben made wonderful comments about Jennifer during his first in-depth interview since their divorce.

He praised his ex-wife’s “spectacular” performance in their upcoming film, Unstoppable.
