Custer County Supervisors to Meet Tuesday, July 9

Custer County Supervisors will meet in regular session on Tuesday, July 9, at 9:00 a.m. in the Board Chambers on the top floor of the Custer County Courthouse.

Items on the agenda include the Board of Equalization’s review of tax roll corrections, overassessments, underassessments and omissions. The BOE will also review the Crossroads Center’s exemption request.

Custer County Prosecutor Steven Bowers is expected to present his quarterly report and supervisors will consider authorizing the chairman to close Dunning-Arnold Road and the road south of Callaway for SORC races in August.

The Board of Equalization will hold assessment challenge hearings after the lunch break. They will continue on Wednesday, July 10.

The agenda shall be kept up to date at all times and open to public inspection in the county clerk’s office. If necessary, the board of supervisors may meet in closed session on any matter.
