Clifford Chance advises Room Mate on the acquisition of a hotel group in Valencia

Clifford Chance advised Room Mate (owned by TPG Angelo Gordon and Westment Hospitality) on the acquisition of the “Staying Valencia” group, which has a portfolio of 10 hotel properties and 2 projects in Valencia.

Following this transaction, Room Mate will operate 32 properties in Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, the
United Kingdom and Türkiye.
