Sunshine Party and Event Rentals opens second location to meet growing demand - Business Journal Daily

EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio — Sunshine Party and Event Rentals, a fixture in the tri-state area’s event rental industry, is set to open a second location in Knox Township near Alliance, Ohio, on Monday. The expansion is designed to better serve customers looking for cost-effective event solutions.

For the past seven years, Sunshine Party and Event Rentals has been offering a wide range of rental items, including inflatables, dunk tanks, games, tables and chairs, to both private and public customers. While the primary location remains in St. Clair Township, the new Knox Township warehouse will cater to customers beyond East Liverpool’s 10-mile delivery radius, offering reduced shipping and distance fees.

According to owner-manager Justus Smith, the Alliance location will house the majority of the company’s inventory, making it easier for customers in northern Columbiana County to access their services. However, larger items like frame tents and large inflatables will still be available exclusively at the East Liverpool location, with higher distance fees applicable.

“For years, customers in Northeast Ohio have expressed a desire for access to an event company that can provide the best inflatables, tents and interactive games to a diverse audience. Our new Alliance location will meet that need,” Smith said.

Sunshine Party and Event Rentals is distinguished by a comprehensive inventory, including standard inflatable castles, wet and dry inflatable slide combinations, water slides, obstacle courses and interactive games for all ages. Last summer, the company added fully animated foam parties to its offering in response to customer requests.

The company offers a variety of inflatables for teens and adults, such as the 30-foot-long Retro obstacle course and the 110-foot-long Mega Venom obstacle course. Other popular items include the Wrecking Ball and Whack-a-Mole inflatables.

Sunshine Party and Event Rentals ensures safety by conducting annual inspections and registrations of all inflatable equipment in accordance with state laws in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. The company also offers trained staff, available for hire for an additional fee, who undergo federal background checks to ensure a safe experience for all guests.
